A half-hour anthology series.

If the carefree attitude of youth had a name, it would be MED. Mehdi, alias Med, is a refreshingly unconventional teen, born from an Arab mother and a Quebecois father.

Various romantic entanglements occur among the week's visitors to a Club Med resort in Ixtapa, Mexico. The "chef du village" is shocked when a former lover turns up, and must also cope with the troubled son of a close pilot friend killed on a rescue flight.

Medè opens a window into the complex world of juvenile delinquency in Naples. It follows a group of minors, detained in various juvenile correctional facilities around the Camorra infested Naples area, who are offered a chance to learn how to sail and prepare for a historical Regatta. The film chronicles the life, struggles, hopes and denied ambitions of six kids grown up in the shadows of the Camorra.

O'Shea is the easy going head honcho at Club Med. After years apart, he finally runs into his ex-wife Kate. They fight, fall in love again, and know it won't work. Stuffy Englishman Gilbert goes to Club Med to have fun, but it takes French runaway Simone to get him to have fun. Unhappy Danny comes to Club Med under O'Shea's guardianship and always ends up in trouble. This film also shows early appearances by Gloria Estefan and The Miami Sound Machine, Sinbad, and Bill Maher.
